In 2013, under the direction of Derrick and Mallory Coleman, Suge’s Smokehouse Barbecue has embodied strong influences from all the regions known for great barbecue (Texas, Kansas City, Memphis and the Carolinas). They believe the flavor of the meat should speak for itself…not the sauce.
